Basic Ride Rules

Helmets are Required
Rides are open to riders 10 - 18 years old
One parent or guardian to accompany a junior 13yrs. or younger
Listen to the Coach and ask questions
Be ready to ride at the scheduled time with safe & reliable equipment
No junior is ever left behind
Bring plenty of water
Have a saddlebag with spare tube, tools & medical ID (recommended)
Have tire pump or inflator (recommended)
